Our bottling line includes the following features:

• Bertolaso Unibloc Syncronia – Fully loaded 100bpm line with “no-oxygen” filling technology with Epica filler bowl, Delta Corker with vacuum system to eliminate cork dust, Sigma Screwcap machine with Stelvin Lux capabilities.    

• Domino 120i - Laser-etch capabilities for each bottle to apply serial codes, thereby supporting recalls and ensuring counterfeit protection.

• Robino & Galandrio uses patented technology for capsule application with new generation pneumatic spinning heads

• Cavagnino & Gatti labeler – provides perfect label placement with optical seam spotting technology

• Weber 5300 Twin-Tamp Printer Applicator applies customized two-label, adjacent-panel applications in line to the case. 

• Logics & Controls system management provides a complete QA system that finds issues, which results in saved product and revenue. Features include:

  • Logilevel Plus – check fill height and reject low fills

  • Logipush – gentle push ejector for incorrect bottles

  • Logicork/Logicap – checks presence of cork or capsule

  • Logiclosure - checks integrity of screwcap post application

  • Logilook – checks the correct label is applied by “reading” the label
