Our canning lines includes the following features:
2x CODI Counter-pressure fillers run at 120cpm. Counter-pressure purges oxygen prior to and during can fill.
CODI line is adjustable and able to run cans of various sizes, including 250mL slim, 355mL sleek and 375mL standard. Please inquire for sizes on special projects.
Filtec Gamma-ray and laser technology to see through the can and to ensure proper fill and pressure levels.
Can-warming technology, which reduces condensation and protects print labeling, wrap-around labeling and shrink sleeves.
Velcorin to microbially stabilize beverages, this great alternative pasteurization as does not affect the flavor of the beverage, is cheaper and uses much less energy.
